Asset monitoring and management ensures you know what’s on your network, complete with an inventory of systems and network devices. This solution tracks the inventory of software and hardware, inclusive performance and availability monitoring. Asset monitoring and management makes sure systems are patched and protected, antiviruses are installed, and so on.
QuickProtect’s third-party risk management (TRMP) conducts a thorough analysis and ongoing monitoring of the third-party services you rely on to run your business. This prevents data breaches and ensures that your information — and your clients’ information — is safe in their hands. We use industry standards like NIST Cybersecurity Framework and PCI in conjunction with our custom list of questions to properly assess their safety. QuickProtect sends questionnaires directly to these suppliers on a scheduled or one-off basis and uses their answers to help you answer your customer’s questions with confidence.
Instead of placing your trust in another third-party service, QuickProtect offers secure managed SIEM (Security Information and Event Management). Our SIEM is inclusive of log monitoring, gathering logs from servers, network devices, firewalls, and so on. We pull in log information from Office365 and Google Workspaces (GSuite), analyze logs and look for evidence of possible security issues. Our AI does the initial heavy lifting and eliminates many false positives, while humans (aka the QuickProtect experts) provide the next level of analysis. You will be alerted with instructions for the next steps, and QuickProtect’s on-demand support is available to assist with remediation activities.

With QuickProtect’s SOC (Security Operations Center) service, alerts come to us first so that we can assess the level of urgency and eliminate false positives.
